What to include in your enquiry
Send travel dates, number of adults, every child age, arrival and departure points, destination ideas, accommodation level and budget range. Mention mobility, diet, celebration, photography or other needs early.
If dates are flexible, explain what drives the choice, such as school holidays, migration interest or beach conditions. We can then compare alternatives rather than guess.
What you should receive
A safari proposal should name the route, accommodation, room, meals, vehicle, fees, transfers and exclusions. A coast package should name the beach area, hotel, board basis and SGR or flight details.
Availability and price can change until services are held or confirmed. The payment schedule and cancellation terms should appear before a deposit is requested.
Support during travel
Use the operating contact supplied with your confirmation for an urgent issue during travel. State your name, current location, booked service and the help required.
